BioWhat can I say about myself. I'm sarcastic and a bit cynical. Ok, maybe more than a bit. I have a degree in English from Wake Forest University and love literature. So of course after college I did n\the most logical thing and joined the Army. I'm currently in Iraq and don't really regret joining. I've done cool things (like push-ups) and met cool people, which is how I found out about this site. If you're wondering about my user name, it's a combination of my two favorite literary characters, Taran Assistant Pig Keeper and Rand Al-Thor. Taran is from the Prydain Chronicles by Lloyd Alexander and Rand is from the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. I highly recommend both. As for my journal title, if you recognize it then you're awesome in my book. Well, if you really want to know about me, just read the journal.
